Smoking is not good for health; we all know that, but it is also not good for your skin, especially for people with sensitive skin. When you smoke, the free radicals enter your body. Most people touch their faces very often. Avoid touching your face with your hands, nails, or fingertips that contain bacteria or dust. Our hands constantly touch many things all day, which is why if we touch our face, then dirt and bacteria get on our face, the pores get blocked by dirt, and it will increase the chances of a pimple.

 

So don’t touch your face. If you want to touch your face, then it is better to wash your hands also don’t pop your pimples. Removing pus will indeed reduce the pain and irritation. Wash your face at least two to three times the morning, evening and before bed. It is necessary to clean dirt, sweat and oil from your skin. If dirt remains on your face and body produce oil, and there will be a danger of clogging the pores.
