How to fix poor digestion

Today I am going to talk about poor digestion and how to improve it for good health, whether you exercise or not, also what you have to add to your diet.

Well, either you are going to the toilet many times a day after eating food, or after eating food, you are not going to the toilet for two to three days means you have a problem of diarrhoea or constipation. So I will tell you that if your digestion is poor, then how to fix it, so don’t have constipation and diarrhoea.

There are many factors in the topic of fitness or bodybuilding. People eat a lot of food to gain weight or build muscle. You eat five to six meals, but the food is not digested properly, and you feel weak.

Well, you do work out or not, but for all human beings, it is important to have a proper digestive system.

There are three important points I am going to talk about in detail to improve the digestive system.

Bacterial imbalance

Our body has bacteria in our gut. There are two types of bacteria in our gut: good bacteria and bad bacteria. Our gut has 85 per cent good bacteria and 15 per cent bad bacteria.

.

Well, I am talking about this because good bacteria help you break down the food you eat and absorption, especially fibre and sugar.

.

Today’s lifestyle is getting bad, like smoking and too much alcohol, too much sugary food, too much fatty food, and also food without any nutritional value. Such food creates toxins; because of this, the number of good bacteria in our stomach is decreasing, and the number of bad bacteria is rising.

Without good bacteria, you will have difficulty is digestion and absorption, then you will frequently go to the toilet. To fix this problem, you need to balance the good bacteria.

But how to balance the bacterial imbalance?

We need to add food to our daily diet that increases the good bacteria.

Which food will increase good bacteria?

Curd

kefir

Enzyme deficiency

Enzymes help to break down the food, like breaking down carbohydrates into glucose, proteins into amino acids fats into fatty acids. The process of breaking down food involves enzymes. When you have an enzyme deficiency, then what happens your organs pancreas will are under pressure to break down the food.

Because of enzyme deficiency, your pancreas will be overloaded. Our pancreas is like a backup up but if it isn’t able to digest the food, then it will pass down into our digestive system.

.

Food for enzymes

Raw vegetables like tomato, cucumber, onion, cabbage, or salad

Fruits like papaya and pineapple

Fiber

What is the importance of fibre in our digestive system? If your diet has high fibre, then you will not have problems related to constipation.

Plus, fibre keeps you full. This can be used in fat loss programs and for people with diabetes.

Fibre slow down the digestion process, it absorbs water in the gut and forms a gel-like substance, and slows down the rate at which food moves through the digestive system. This helps you to regulate blood sugar levels.

Some studies also say that fibre can bind with cholesterol in the digestive tract, preventing some of it from being absorbed into the bloodstream.
